  September 16, 2013 - Light yellow. Austere and restrained slate on the nose. Smooth and sophisticated, with nearly perfect balance of apricot and peach fruit with just a hint of oak. Really well integrated right now. An example of how why aged white Burgundy is so good when not premoxed.
