  September 29, 2013 - First glass is room temp but despite that it's rocking. Strawberries, roses,musk, silky (quality chardonnay like) texture. A tiny bit of gin like alcohol (smidge). Dry to very dry, actually reminds me of a pink chardonnay for some reason. Slightly bitter/Gin/stalk aftertaste that just slightly irks me but then I am a bitterphobe.
  
  Really very good to great Rose. pretty salmon colour, tastes great and a gorgeous bottle. Highly recommended for Oct/November -Late March/April/May drinking
