  August 24, 2013 - A delicious splash of pepper on the nose, with cool red and black fruits. The beautiful primary aromas of classic cool-climate Syrah always make me smile. Tasty on the palate too, fruit, textures and acidity all in a nice balance. Compared to Graillot's excellent Crozes, this is maybe not quite as serious and ageable, but just so enjoyable right now. Too bad Graillot only has 1ha for this bottling. Yes, a completely joyous wine!
