  10/3/13, 5:23 PM - Ditto (see my 2/4/13 note). I am concerned that cellar time is not going to dissipate the stemmy green notes. I wish now I had not bought so many bottles. When I visited Burgundy in June, I was surprised how many winemakers there don't de-stem, giving many high-class Burgs a green taste - kinda like this Sandhi.
