  October 7, 2013 - Nice, straightforward. A little bit thin, but versatile. No roughness around the edges at all, due in part to a lack of earthy grounding. Nothing to write home about on its own, but certainly good with bolognese, steak, BBQ — a subtle complement to any full flavored meal.
