  October 17, 2013 - Intense ruby color. Nose has dark fruit, damp earth, rubber, licorice and a vegetable note. Sweet and spicy in the mouth, black cherry, menthol, finishing with nicely drying tannins. Nice counterpoint as a new world, but still rustic styled cabernet compared to the more polished California version.
