  October 30, 2013 - We had the first sip shortly after it was opened. It was very closed and unapproachable. We drank it over the next 3 hours and it changed dramatically from being closed to a wonderfull young Barolo. In the nose we had cherry, cherry stones and green apple. It will drink well at least for another 5-8 years.
