August 20, 2013 - Excellent Teroldego yet again from Foradori. This bottle was however consumed at least five years too young. Will probably last 20 years or more in a good cellar.

On the palate it was still a bit raw and unresolved. The added years would give it a chance to soften up and let the fruit develop a bit more. It had fine balance already, but compared to the standard Teroldego it had much darker fruit and more weight.
