  August 27, 2013 - A wine exhibiting a delicate yellow color with a slight greenish rim. Full throttled and expressive nose with pear, apple pie, honey, white flowers, a touch of white pepper, and note of sun baked white stones on the end. A full bodied white wine, with densely packed sweet white fruit flavor on the attack, where pears and sweet apples intermingle with a touch of orange rind and honey. A good dose of acidity on the mid-palate, and spicy mineral laden finish. Smooth texture, feminine flavors, well integrated, great purity of fruit, and nice long finish.
