  November 24, 2013 - A pale colored wine with a slight green hue, very perfumed on the nose revealing pears, green apples, lemon rind, and rose water. Oily yet delicate texture on the palate with revealing pears, apricots that lead to a refreshing citric mid palate with just small hints of chewy green notes. The finish is of long length on this light to mid bodied wine, it reveals sweet white fruit and steely minerality. This is a very discreet, refreshing, and contemplative wine.
