  November 22, 2013 - A light colored wine with slight hints of green on the border. Pungent aromas of green apples, lemon rind, jasmin floral notes, and some buttery creamy notes. Very direct and focused on the palate with flavors of green apples and apricots that lead to a refreshing citric midpalate that starts to expand with some depth. The finish is of moderate length revealing flinty minerality, sweet spices, and hints of creaminess. This mid bodied wine is quite zen, great oppulent fruit, refreshing acidity, and mouth tingling minerality.
