  June 1, 2007 - Pale yellow, clean clear and somewhat silky. Subtle hints of lemon and not-quiet-ripe peach and an occassional apricot. Nicely balanced - not sweet but yet not dry. It didn't bring traffic to a halt but interesting enough that I'd try it again. I enjoyed it with good company, nice conversation and tuna tartar.
