  December 13, 2013 - TONS of airy madagascar peppercorn with garden herbs, cranberry and a bit of watermelon rind. Perfumed, very fresh and perfect with grilled seafood. Absolutely consistent with Burlotto's expressive house style of elegance, balance and gorgeous purity. Not complex like the monvigliero barolo but this pelaverga is just as unique. In a world of over-oaked fruit bombs, I can't over emphasize how much I enjoy this DELICIOUS bottling.
  
  I totally understand why this style isnt popular... but I continue to fall in love with rennaisance at Burlotto. Ben fatto, Fabio Alessandria.
