December 18, 2013 - Complex nose. Dried apricots, orange jam, ginger, refined botrytis, some smokiness, slightly burnt sugar, honey. Full body, dense, oily texture. Very good, but not exceptional intensity of flavours. Lots of acidity, easily balances what's more, overpowers the richness and sweetness of the wine. Long, but not incredibly long finish. Still feels young. 90-92

12/18/13, 1:09 AM - Thank you! It is always pleasure if somebody agrees :) I think warmer vintage Oremus aszús (for example 5 puttonyos from 2000 or 2003) with softer acids are more approachables and balanced nowadays...Cheers

That's exactly how you say.
In my opinion 2000, for example, is perfectly ready to go from now to the next few years. I'm thinking of an Aszu Ezsencia even.
On the other hand, long way vintages like 1999 are needing a little more time to integrate but you can feel so great they're going to be. Just a little patience is required.
