  December 21, 2013 - Softer than expected based on my experience with other vintages of this producer. Decanted for an hour and rebottled for a restaurant - it was ready to go once reopened. Integrated tannins with high toned fruit and a round, pleasant finish that didn't last as long as I had hoped. It was paired with fresh shaved white truffle pasta - so, everything gets a bump from that - but this was legitimately good wine on its own. It is ready to drink well before the 05 or 06 of the same label.
