  December 23, 2013 - Unusual but interesting bubbles! Darker orange-rosé color bordering on salmon. Some red fruit on the nose. Very little fruit on the palate. Very nutty, dark bread, almost cocoa flavors. Better than expected after reading the other notes. Went well with shrimp/pasta/tomato cream sauce, but I enjoyed it alone too. Kind of wish I'd bought more than one!
