December 25, 2013 - This amber liquid gives up creme brulee, bitter orange, apricots and honeysuckle.Hints of pineapple and lychees. It is elegant and long. Drunk at below 15 degrees C. I have had 4 bottles in the last 2-3 years and they always score the same.

12/29/13, 5:18 PM - You provide an interesting comment and thought. Maybe you're right?

We have planned to open our first btl (out of a pitiful total of only 4 btls) before 2015, don't feel stressed, in order to check in on a maturing great friend, that I've been following from when the vintage of 1982 was released.

And we'd be most interested in running a few installations with your core group customers.

As I still remain in the dark from my own senses (as I yet haven't had a sip of this juice) we (wife +me) think that it really would be a great experience if you'd share your thoughts.

In one end are the famous critics, the history of this domain and its prooven longevity. On the other hand, you have impressions that are wanting for the long haul, and you're not the only one to have voiced such concerns. Maybe ppl have been more loud-mouthed for 2003 than for 2001. But, let's go to the cellar!

What was your experience of this wine missing in that important long-haul-section?
