  January 1, 2014 - Popped and Poured. Deep purple core that was very slightly bricking toward the edges. Lovely aged cali cab nose of beef jus, red fruit and forest floor. Caramel/nuttiness along with dark fruit, game and earthy notes. Alcohol was peaking out a bit on the finish which made this a little disjointed. Overall a nice bottle of aged cabernet.
