The disconnect between the sweetness on the nose and dry palate reminds me of dry tokaji, while the softness of the acidity and waxy flowers reminds me of old white Hermitage or something. Weird stuff, but kinda enjoyable for a 20 year old Fiano.

  1/3/14, 9:18 AM - Pristine cork, so probably a best case scenario, but not necessarily an argument for long term Fiano aging, but fun anyways.
