  December 31, 2013 - We drank over the course of a two hour meal at Proof on Main, Louisville, KY in the 21C Hotel. This is a great bottle of wine to match with an assorted tasting menu or a multi-course meal that includes both seafood and steak. It is a really nice, balanced wine with plenty of strawberry and raspberry fruit, and it held up nicely against every dish served.
