Community Tasting Note

January 5, 2014 - Oak-driven nose, with dark fruits. Weighty, bruising palate of oak, greenness, dark fruits, and alcohol. The back reveals an acerbic, greenish element and the heavily oaked finish drops off quickly, apart from the lingering bitterness that is.

1/8/14, 11:29 AM - It is interesting that several people I tasted this with really liked it. I think they enjoyed the weighty fruit, along with the lack of acid and structure, and didn't seem to notice the bitterness on the back and finish.
