  January 13, 2014 - A little too much oak, a little too tannic and a little too much heat pretty much sums up last night's bottle. I did not decant and perhaps that may have helped. I do think another year or three will do nothing but help and can see a 90 point wine in there; but right now, it's just a bit off. This is the first bottle from Stage Left Cellars that I didn't find either Very Good or Excellent and although I found this bottle to only be "Good," I am still a fan.
