  January 15, 2014 - Pale straw color. Very good first night, even better the second.
  Floral nose, sweet like honeysuckle. Pear, hint of orange zest, delicate flower, spice (nutmeg?), toast in mouth then a very long and toasty finish. First of the wines from Hollowine charity purchase.
