  January 23, 2014 - We popped and poured this bottle; ended up drinking it over two days. Initially, it was tight, with a metallic note on the finish. Fortunately, it opened up considerably with a bit of air - fruits mellowed and nicely complemented the structure. Medium color in glass, long finish, some sediment. Paired nicely with pot roast. Have another bottle that we will put up a bit longer; will also ensure that we decant well in advance prior to drinking.
