January 28, 2014 - This has matured into a really lovely wine, and yet is still very young. Anyone who questions whether Oregon PN improves with age needs to buy and cellar Thomas! Pale ruby, spicy nose showing pomegranate and red current fruit... Just soars from the glass, with all sorts of subtle nuances: forest loam, maybe a hint of rhubarb at the very back. Delicious with a tart presentation dominated by ripe but bright fruits, lifted and beautifully delineated by a bracing minerality. Tannins hidden somehow...

1/28/14, 4:11 PM - I've never had a Thomas PN, let alone one with a few years on it. Sounds groovy. BTW, what's the abv% that's listed, just curious?

1/28/14, 7:25 PM - 13%, but not at all hot. I honestly would have guessed 11.5...
