January 29, 2014 - With all due respect to the sub-80 points reviews, I don't know where this is coming from. Popped and poured at 60 degrees right from the N'finity and couldn't disagree more. Not getting the high vanilla, not overly fruity at all, and I think the finish is decent. Will have to see what happens as it opens up and warms up as well...OK, had with dinner (beef stroganoff) and I've got no complaints. My rating stands.

1/30/14, 7:01 AM - I wonder if there is significant bottle variation due to the extreme delta in reviews here. Gives me hope that my second bottle will be much better than the first.

1/30/14, 7:53 AM - Hopefully, it is just bottle variation. Case in point, I had 5 bottles of '07 Page cab, and one bottle had so much sediment that a back-lighted picture showed it coated top to bottom on two sides. I drank it anyway, even though it had a slightly different taste. If this had been the first bottle it would have worried me, but I'd already had two that were fine, and the next one was also good. I also have my fingers crossed for bottle #2 of a Cava Rose that I poured out despite an 88 rating on CT.
