  February 7, 2014 - Candied Orange, floral and a hint of saffron and honey on the nose. Really quite viscous on the palate, with good richness of flavour. This is going to be extraordinary with a bit more time... if the acidity allows for it. I too found this to be a little imbalanced in that department- could've had a hint more zip.
