February 19, 2014 - The bubbles are numerous, tiny, and streaming in seeming perpetuity from bottom to top. It is frothy on the pour and the color is clear and straw gold. The smells are honey, hazelnut, butter, flowers, and yeasty aromas. The tastes are apple, pear, lime, ginger, honey, butterscotch, toast, with light shades of salinity. The mouth feel is creamy, weighty and the acidity is zingy. The finish is lengthy and the bubbles seem to sizzle on the palate. This wine is hedonistic and offers great value.

2/19/14, 7:36 PM - Dang... note very similar to my first review on 1/26... also I keep mentioning value as this is priced at $29 at Costco.
