  March 15, 2014 - Deep red. A little closed at the nose even after three hours in the decanter. Some dark berries, tar, wood. Opened up a little during the evening. Very powerful palate with potent tannins although velvety. Very long finish. Surprisingly "young" despite being a decade old. Very promising for the future.
