Absolutely gorgeous orange/lemon fruit that just sings. Some salinity, average acidity, good length. This is a hard wine not to like because of its fruit and feel, but it doesn't really deliver the tension and "essence of Chablis" character that you find in the greatest examples of Les Preuses. High quality, though, and as good as it is going to get.
