March 26, 2014 - paid $12. you can definitely do alot worse at this price point. the body is a little thin and the finish is a little short, but hey, at least it tastes like Bordeaux. nose of barnyard, and mostly red fruit. black cherry, and a little strawberry with time. tasty upfront with juicy apple skin like tannins but lacking a pronounced finish i'd take this over many Cali cabs at the price point.

4/19/14, 10:16 PM - tasted this again alongside some tasty Bordeaux in the 25-30 price point. it was definitely more than half as good. bump my score up to 87. great cheap Bordeaux.
