  March 29, 2014 - The Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc components really shine here. Dried cherry, licorice, leather and spice aromas and flavors mingle lively. This still has some undeveloped tannin structure, and should age nicely for another 10-20 years. A beautiful wine. Opened for 1 hour before tasting.
