  April 2, 2014 - On the nose, Gun powder, honey, rubber, toast and a fresh summer wind over a summer meadow that hits you straight in the nose.
  On the palate, A certain smokiness, almonds, sweet rubber, hint of mineral and yellow apples. The acidity is very present and at this time i would let the bottles rest for a couple of years.
