  April 5, 2014 - Very pale straw in glass -- delicate-looking and almost colorless. Fresh and fragrant on the nose -- pineapple, sour apple, lemon, and maybe some subtle floral notes. Drinkable without food, it has well-balanced acidity and minerality. A little sour on the finish, but not at all unpleasant. Would pair nicely with delicate white fish, cream sauces, and salad. Would definitely buy again.
