  April 19, 2014 - Decanted for about 90 minutes. Was some bottle sediment.
  
  Deep garnet.
  
  Medium nose of mainly primary aromas. Some dark fruit, capsicum, forest floor and hints of leather and barnyard. Also some tobacco leaf.
  
  In the mouth there is plenty of acid. Medium refined tannins with dark fruits to the fore finishing medium minus with some vegetable characteristics.
  
  For me, this is still too young. I have two more bottles and will wait at least three years before looking at the next one. Unsure how much better this will get though. Suspect with some more age and secondary characteristics it should be more to my liking. There isn't anything wrong with this, I just prefer my Cabernet with more age.
