  April 22, 2014 - It hit the spot. Everything you would want in a cabernet. Not showing a lot of age. Deep garnet with ink staining legs. Expressive nose of black cherry, black current and most prominently blackberry with a whiff of forest floor. Alcohol was medium plus and the tannins were persistent yet supple when matched with the cassoulet. A wine to be lingered over. Will be drinking well for the next five years.
