  Faintly scented wet brick, rhubarb, smoked saline, toast, caramel, diesel and game-funk. Faded on the palate exposing sharp non-distinct red fruit, leather, cigar box and a cotton mouth drying finish which was quite astringent.
  After two hours:
  Vastly improved mouth feel; soft plums, juicy crushed fruit and stones arose. Smooth, easy to drink with bit of heat noted which was ultra subtle. Great with a hearty pasta dish.
