  May 6, 2014 - PnP first sip I thought I got a bad bottle, very disjointed some individual components but no cohesiveness. Decided to take some tasters recommendations and decant. Tried one run through the vinturi and it was better but still not what you expect from a zin. Sent it through the vinturi again and into a decanter, let it sit for a couple hours. This made a world of difference, so much better now. Now if you are expecting a fruit bomb you will be disappointed. But if you enjoy a well-structured medium bodied zin this may fit the bill. Once again my recommendation is to decant or wait until day 2.
