  May 27, 2014 - Latricières-Chambertin Dinner (Paris Club - Chicago IL): Open approx 45 minutes before tasted. Served double blind to the group alongside the 2008. I didn't know which wine was in each glass. I understand why the group thought this might have been from Chablis, which lots of lemon, lemon peel and green apple, lots of salinity, plus its vibrant, lean energy start-to-finish. I correctly identified this as the 2007.
