  May 25, 2014 - Decided to try one of these since I've always really enjoyed the Saxum Booker Vineyard. We decanted it for only 30 minutes though before enjoying with flat iron steak, and it did pair well. But it is wayyyy too young... it was tight, tannic and wasn't nearly as expressive as previous Booker Vineyard vintages. It does still have strong dark berries and a little bit of a nice beef jerky thing going on... enjoyable, but not spectacular as I usually expect. 92+ now for me, with hopefully a lot of upside in the future.
