  May 28, 2014 - Delicious! Paired with a cheese plate of aged gouda, aged cheddar, goat, and brie. I set it in the fridge for about 10 minutes prior to drinking, then PnP. A light violet in the glass, spicy and red berry in the nose and on the palate. Light bodied and nicely structured. I'm happy to have three more bottles.
