  June 15, 2014 - Delicious and at its peak. Father's Day dinner. Decanted for 3+ hours prior to drinking. Served with grilled flank steak. Terrific structure in the mouth - an almost textured feel, with dark cherry notes, leather/tobacco, some smoke, and some spice. Nicely balanced; long finish. Dark in the glass; relatively little sediment. Nice effort from the Elyse team.
