  August 17, 2014 - Past peak. Enjoyed this though. Resolved. Acidity on the edge, but still has some fruit, earth, and perfume that made it enjoyable. Eat with food. I decanted this and it crashed after about four hours (a bit sour). I have one more and will drink shortly.
