  August 21, 2014 - An unadorned Cave Coop wine that is decently aged and has low notes of Syrah and then stronger aroma of a fermenting room, yeast and pomace. Nicely balanced and easy drinking at $11.

By referring to the CC I was more talking about the no oak, tank aged on yeast lees style of wine that is more typical of most CC's rather than specifically the producer. The production sheet says 70% tank ages and 30% foudres. BTW how is it now, if you have any left?
