  October 30, 2014 - Color is garnet to light purple
  Nose is raspberry, peeled cherry tomato, and mushrooms
  Palate is sour candy, cranberry and finishes with some earthiness
  Acidity seems on the high end for Williams Selyem sonoma pinot and finishes with a bit of bitterness
