  November 7, 2014 - Soft mousse that fills up the mouth. Like eating a cloud. The acidity is well integrated so no reason to cellar this for that reason. "Sweet lemons" in the aftertaste. Sure, this is very good or even excellent but I am abit underwhelmed. It feels flirty rather than elegant. Would have liked it better drier and a bit more acidity and crushed stones/minerality.
