  September 9, 2007 - I had read good reviews of this Rose, and being relatively unfamiliar, was hoping to see what good ones are supposed to taste like. I liked it, a lot. Very clean fruit, mostly strawberry, and watermelon, at first taste, but with none of the syrupy part of the sweetness. A pleasant acidity, and a touch of stony pepper added just enough complexity to keep the next sip interesting. I'm sorry summer is almost over, but I'm glad I have a few more of these.
