  November 25, 2014 - Deep, opaque inky red. Nose of cherry and plum, charcoal, mushrooms, dust, flowers. Really smooth mouthfeel, dense on the palate, but surprisingly subtle. Tart red fruit, maybe a bit of rhubarb, a bit of tannic grip, vanilla on the mid palate, nice acid throughout. The wood is strong here, but well integrated and pretty.
