  November 26, 2014 - Very well made and with a great balance on the palate. But this is just too much smoke paired with green grassy aromas. Smoked meat and hints of plastic. Finish is long but with a slight bitterness. Good intensity and as long as you can cope with the nose a good quality wine!

  11/29/14, 1:05 AM - Always hard to say, but I had the 2004 Rubicon the other week and it was still in good shape, so 3-5 years should be no problem for the 2007.
