  September 10, 2007 - Magnificent Champagne and drinking extremely well now. Sure, you could probably hold on to it for many years to come but I don't see the point in this case. Probably more approachable now compared to the '96 considering the year is not as formidable (still great of course). Wonderful mousse and it's crisp and refreshing on both nose and palate. Comes together beautifully and shows decent complexity.
